birth doula
As your birth doula, I provide emotional, physical, and informational support throughout your pregnancy and labor. I’ll work with you to create a birth plan that reflects your wishes and preferences, and I’ll be by your side during labor to offer continuous support—whether it’s through comforting touch, breathing techniques, or simply being a calm presence. My goal is to ensure you feel confident, informed, and empowered every step of the way.
Birth doula packages
The ideal choice if you want a personalized support outside on the Spokane and surrounding areas or if you prefer not to have an in-person doula
In-person package is for those who are in the Spokane and surrounding areas. This package also includes one postpartum visit and continued phone and text support for 4 weeks postpartum.
postpartum
After your baby arrives, I’ll assist with postpartum care, offering guidance on newborn care, breastfeeding support, and helping you adjust to your new family dynamic. Together, we’ll make sure your birth experience is as positive and fulfilling as possible.
Postpartum packages
This INCLUDES the Birth Doula Package. In addition, there will be 4 postpartum visits at 3 hours each which will be tailored to the needs of the family. MAY INCLUDE:
Services for postpartum parents 0-6 months. $45/hr for support 7am-7pm, $50/hr for support 7pm-7am
adoption
As your adoption doula, I’m here to offer compassionate support and guidance throughout your adoption journey. Whether you're a birth parent or an adoptive family, I’ll help you navigate the emotional and practical aspects of adoption with care and understanding. I provide emotional support during the decision-making process, assist with creating a plan that aligns with your needs, and offer resources to help you prepare for the transition. Throughout the adoption process, I’ll be your ally, offering a listening ear, advocacy, and a steady presence. After placement, I continue to support you through the emotional adjustments, helping everyone involved feel heard, valued, and prepared for the next steps. My goal is to empower you, reduce stress, and ensure that the adoption experience is positive, respectful, and filled with love.
Adoption packages
Services to help at any time post adoption. $45 per hour from 7am-7pm or $50 per hour from 7pm-7am. Max 12 hours per day.
